Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnChainProof ("the Service"), operated at onchainproof.io by OnChainProof Labs Ltd. (Company No. 2087341, British Virgin Islands), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OnChainProof provides on-chain analytics, trader leaderboards, trade signal notifications, AI-powered trading insights, and copy-trading functionality for the Solana blockchain. The Service indexes publicly available blockchain data and presents it through a web-based interface.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using OnChainProof, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use at support@onchainproof.io.

5. Not Financial Advice

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE.

All data, analytics, AI-generated signals, trade recommendations, and other information provided through OnChainProof are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities, tokens, or other financial instruments.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance — whether from AI models, tracked traders, or historical data — does not guarantee future results. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

6. Non-Custodial Nature

OnChainProof is a non-custodial platform. We never hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. All trading activity is executed by you through your own wallets and DEX accounts. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your trading decisions.

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect current subscription periods.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data or content from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, algorithms, and software — are owned by OnChainProof Labs Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR ANALYTICS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAINPROOF LABS LTD. AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnChainProof Labs Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the BVI International Arbitration Centre, with the seat of arbitration in Road Town, Tortola.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
